Ally Alicki, LISW-CP
Ally Alicki (she/her/hers) is a dedicated child and family therapist with over five years of experience in the social work field. Her professional background includes work in daycare settings and as a home visitor, where she developed a strong foundation in early childhood development, family systems, and caregiver support.
Ally specializes in working with children and families impacted by domestic abuse, trauma, and significant life stressors. She also supports clients navigating family transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and the development of healthy coping skills. Ally provides parenting support and skill-based guidance to help caregivers strengthen relationships and promote positive behavior within the home.
Her clinical approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based, incorporating Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), both completed in 2025. Ally is currently working toward certification in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which will expand her services to include children as young as two years old. At this time, she works with clients ages five and older.
Ally utilizes developmentally appropriate, engaging interventions tailored to each child’s needs, including play-based therapy and creative modalities such as art, painting, and vision board activities. She is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative, and safe therapeutic environment where children and caregivers feel empowered and understood.
Ally holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Wesleyan University and earned her Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina in 2023.
